Who is actually approved to train you
The CAA publishes 24 approved training providers by their registered company names. Buyers search for trading names. This is the same list, reconciled — plus the sellers marketing CAA courses who are not on it at all.
Why this page exists. Heliguy is on the CAA register as Colena Ltd. Search the register for "Heliguy" and you find nothing, which is an alarming result for a buyer doing exactly the right thing. Every provider below is listed under the name you would actually search for, with its registered entity beneath.

What "not on the register" means, and what it does not. It does not mean a seller is doing anything wrong. Approved providers can and do let others resell their courses, and a reseller can be a perfectly good place to buy. It means only this: that company does not itself hold the CAA approval, so before you pay, ask which approved entity awards your certificate. If a seller will not answer that in writing, walk away. The RPC-L1 shortlist
Level 1 Remote Pilot Certificates were introduced in 2025 and only 3 of the 24 approved providers are currently listed for them: Coptrz, Heliguy, Eagle Eye Innovations. None of the three publishes an RPC-L1 price.
