What we do with your details

What we collect

If you sign up for reminders: your first name, your email address, and optionally the month your certificate expires. Nothing else. We do not ask for a phone number, a company or an address, because we do not need them.

We use privacy-preserving site analytics to count page views and which outbound links get clicked. That is counted in aggregate and is not tied to your name or email.

What we do with it

• We email you the reminders and updates you asked for. Every email has a working unsubscribe link and using it removes you immediately.
• We tell training providers how many people compared their course, opened their listing or clicked through. Aggregate numbers only.
• We do not pass your name or email to a training provider unless you ticked the optional box asking us to introduce you, and then only to the provider you chose. Untick it, or never tick it, and your details stay with us.
• We do not sell lists. Not to providers, not to anyone.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Email hello@certifiedtofly.com and we will do it within 30 days — usually the same week. You can withdraw consent at any time, and withdrawing it for the introductions box does not unsubscribe you from emails, or the other way round.

Where it lives

Subscriber details are stored on our own infrastructure. We do not use them for anything not described on this page.
